Found poetry is a secret weapon in creative practice. When you're craving connection with your inner wisdom but can't hear your voice over life's chatter, found poetry offers a powerful way to tune in.

You won't believe what startling, wise messages will arise from this practice. No experience needed. I've carefully curated two pages of found words from various vintage novels I've sourced from thrift stores and library discards, then cut them out by hand and scanned.

I also included three striking full-page backgrounds--scanned versions of mixed media artwork I created (acrylic paint, Stabilo Woody, etc, on recycled packing paper).

To encourage your own creativity and provide examples, I've also included two printable pieces of my artwork ("The Story Teller" and "Impossible Things"), using these same found words and backgrounds. Feel free to frame and hang!
