As I Am: Art Journal Affirmations for Anxiety & Depression (step-by-step workbook with 3 projects)
Did you know art journaling can be a powerful tool in your mental health toolkit? Whether you're new to art/visual journaling or not, these three heartfelt projects will help you reconnect with your inner calm.
I've been art journaling for my mental health for years now, and I'm excited to share these techniques with you. I believe creative expression--especially messy, colorful, intuitive exploration--can bring us back to peace, even if only for a few moments.
Honestly? Affirmations used to irritate me! They felt impossibly out of reach, especially when I was in the depths of depression or anxiety. Then I realized I could create grittier, more perfectly-imperfect affirmations, ones that met me right in the middle of my mess and helped me find my footing again. THAT is the kind of affirmations we'll be creating together through these three projects.
